Running thoughts

Well I went running again. At first I didn't plan on going running today. But, then I got pissed off at my brother (something that tends to happened when he's around me). So there I was running / jogging / some walking and rocking out to poison -- Nothing but a Good Time. Now, that's some music to go running too. Can't really go running a sappy love song or something like that.

Well I guess it's about time to give this a lil make over...
