I jogged for another 7 miles today. I even tossed in two more set of stairs. So yeah, I rock!
Gonna have me some hawt legs. Just need to work on the upper body some now too.
I want to do seven miles at least twice a week now. I didn't go yesterday, because I wanted to give my legs a rest.
