I can't wait 'till I start my schooling. I can't wait till I blog about my first dive. Oh good stuff.
ok, guess I should get some sleep.

I'm just kickin' it at my Brother's place right now.
Wooo hoooo - and the saga begins! Glad you made it safe - now sleep tight!
I love long drives like that=:)
Glad you got there safe and sound. I can't wait to hear you blog about your new adventure either.
570 miles? ALone? Oh, HELL no!
Good luck!
Good on you! (as the Canadians say)
Being that H.R. was one of my "careers", I can say that there is a demand for good welders, and a specialty like underwater welding would probably be in fairly high demand and should pay well. A good thing! The school site is interesting and it looks like a really fascinating program.
I hope this week confirms all your hopes and expectations!
Well thanks to Hurricane Katrina last year. There is more more than they got divers to do.
So, I'll have no problem finding work.
I'll just be moving to the Guld of Mexico.
