It's that thing where you run for a long time.
Yeah so I started up jogging again. Just something slow. I think know I did more walking than jogging today. It was good. I took my time, just looked around seen what I was passing by. I walked back a different way. I still did 4 or 5 miles. It was good to get back into it.
