Last night I had moose burgers.
BBQed moose burgers.
I had 2!
It was real good. I think better than just beef burgers. New roomies really hooked it up. I guess it doesn't hurt that they are from Alaska.
But yeah it was real good.

I think I just threw up in my mouth a little. Moose burgers? Ew.
I did have kangaroo steak once.
And it's something I'll never repeat.
I've heard moose is good, buffalo too.
I'll try some if I ever get the chance.
