I need to get into better shape. Need to for life and for work. I really want to get into mountain biking as you can tell from the title of this post. I think I'm going to stop by a bike shop tomorrow. That's my goal at least. Just to take a look at what is out there. I've done some online reading, I just want to add a hands on feel / look to the bikes.
Oh well. I'm sure I'll post something here about what I end up doing. This would be a good place to keep track of how long / how far I ride.
