Christmas 2008

Well I guess I should post a little something here. Today is infact Christmas. It doesn't feel much like it to me. I had some Christmas hotdogs and a Christmas soda or two. I guess I should call my Grandma. It would be the nice thing to do.

So now I'm bored. I would be just fine working or at least knowing if I'm getting paid stantby sitting here waiting on weather.

Off Shore Livin'

This was my rack (bed) while abord the American Constitution. As you can see not much room, but it gets the job done. This was a 6 person room.

Well maybe.

I'm going back off shore tomorrow. The job should be done before Christmas. If it isn't....it isn't.

umm....so as of this post I'm about 2/3s packed.

Depending when I get back I might try to go out on one more job, then take about 5 weeks off.

Ha! not many jobs where you can take 5 weeks off and still have a job ;)

Out of Control

I started my day early and more or less on track to at least do something productive. It didn't end that way. In fact I didn't do ANYTHING productive.

I rolled out of bed ....


Ha! Longest delay of post ever!

Ok, I'm going to be stupid and go out and buy the phone that you might as well call a mini computer!

I got the money and I just want to make buy something.

It's funny. I wont spent $20 on a pair of slippers, but I'll go out and spend $350 on a new phone!

I guess I'm also going to take up paying the cell phone bill for my parents...blah.
it's only an extra $20 / month so it isn't going to break the bank.

Someone give me a reason

to not spend $350 on a new phone!

I went to the AT&T store and really wanted to.

And I really hate how much their stupid data plans cost! $50 a month for unlimited data / messaging.

How come I can't just be happy with a normal simple phone?
