Well I'm out of school now. I made it. Just need to find a job and a place to live. You know, small things like that.
I don't really know what else to add to this. I guess the pictures will have to work.
Yup. So my boss called me up Saturday about 11ish and told me that I didn't need to bother going into work this week. The good thing is that I still get paid for today and Wednesday. =)
Today I'm cleaning up and throwing away some of the junk I have. Wednesday I'll start packing my stuff up. Thursday morning when I go to school will be my last day here.
I'll be homeless come Friday morning.
today is the first time in a long time that i've ran into a problem and didn't know what to do.
if i call my mom she would do what ever she could do to help. only i know she doesn't have the resources to help.
if i call my dad he's going to get an attitude like i'm trying to push him in a corner. he also doesnt have the resources to help me.
then there is my grandmama. i'm sure she has the resources, but i don't want to have to go to her. it's not her problem and it seems there have been enough people asking her anything and everything.
I worked Saturday and Sunday. Today I did a 2 and a half hour (150 minutes) dive, out of a 200 minute max.
My body just hurts. Arms hurt. Legs hurt. I even bruised my left thumb! And this is part of the reason that I took called in sick on Wednesday. Now I just need a good night sleep. And it is already 10 :(
Underwater everything is harder. Everything from tying a simple knot (kinda like this) to just simple walking.
So I'm working the weekend again for free, but it should be good for me.
No wonder why no one really understands what it is like other than divers.
Guess I should say a little something something of what my weekend was like.
Well Saturday morning I helped a friend of mine move. It wasn't bad 9 - 2:15ish.
Hummm silly girls. Where would this blog be without them. Gah even as I'm typing this. I guess I'll just have to marry the first non-silly girl I find.
Should I sent a "hello thar" even if I would say that the odds of getting nothing back are around 15 our of 10.
Oh well silly boy sent the message. No harm done to me. :P
Ok so back on topic.
After helping my friend move I went back to the school to help the people working there. I would say I was working, but really it was more like volunteering. Seeing as "working" means that you are getting paid. But it is still a great chance to learn and to stand out above all the losers that didn't show up. It was just the A-team helping today. Well and the guys that do in fact work with the company doing all the work. I didn't end up diving, but that's ok.
Oh I should also update my resume.
Yup. That is all I have left of school. 2 and a half months. Only 20 class days and 24 days of work, I think. On Tuesday there is a new class that comes in. I think it's about 7 people. So that would make it a good size class. We get the chance to have the newer class do some of the dirty work for us.
It feels real good to know that I am almost done. Not too bad for a year long school. I still have a few more classes I have to take online to get my AS degree. That should be fun, trying to do online classes and more than full time work.

All that white that you see is the harbor water. The picture came out better than I thought it would. I just took it with my Cell Phone.
So far I worked about 12 hours today and I'm sure I'll do about the same tomorrow.
been trying to raise a sunken barge at school. At no other school could you do this. I'm sure I'll get paid a lil something, not sure what. What I'm learning just doing this is priceless in it self.
ok....after 9pm time for me to get some sleep.

Same school just different campus. They do all their training in nice clean fresh water tanks. We do ours in the LA harbor. Not as clean, but I believe it's better training.
Well ok it wasn't today. Yesterday was my first time!
At welding under water! yes, that's right folks. I should also add that I'm awesome at it! I'm going to be one of the best in the class. Ok so there are only 6 in the class, but that isn't the point. I still rock! I spent an hour in the water and it didn't even seem like it. I was getting a little cold there at the end.
Welding underwater is awesome!

Well seeing as I just have 19 more weeks of school 
That is how much time I spent in the water today. Everyone needed 400 minutes by the end of today.
I was soooooo bored. I couldn't see anything. I didn't have anything to do. I was just walking around running into stuff. The first 80 minutes I was starting to get cold and real bored. I wasn't having much fun at all. For some reason water would come in the hat up to about my chin. So I'd get most of that water out and a few minutes later it would be back.
I am done with school for the year! YaY!
I go back Jan 4th.
That is now that all time deepest I have been in water.
We are a class project that we are working on. I don't know how well it is going to turn out. It's like working with tunnel vision. I'm sure a lot of people wouldn't be able to deal with it. Now I've had to jump in while being blindfolded. So yeah, I'm used to the water now.
It was cool.
Well I don't get paid so it much be school. Starting Thursday we have to be there and ready to go by 6am. That means I'm going to have to set my alarm for 4:45am....YUCK Oh and we're doing 10 hour days. That should be fun. No stopping for lunch or breaks. Well at least not as a group, we'll be diving all day. Should be different to say the least.
Well as long as I go to class tomorrow I will be getting a B in harbor 1. Next week starts Harbor 2, that last for 7 weeks. After that I go on to underwater welding! YaY I can't believe how fast time is going.
We also got some new roomies. Some guy and his lady friend moved on it. So that will help lower the rent some. hum don't really know what else to say.
I failed.
I was in the water for over an hour and couldn't even get the two pipes together.
So I think I'll get a 50 (out of 100) on it.
Test 1: 99

Test 3: 50
I hurt and I'm going to sleep.
Only I was trying to sleep when it came to me. Now I am awake thinking about it some more. Trying to think of just how I am going to do it.
Here are some pictures that I did real fast. I mean REAL fast. They kind of show what I need to do. They are NOT to scale.

Here you will see the two 6" pipe elbows that are in the water. About 12 feet below. One of them weighs about 110 the other about 130. They are sealed on the bottom so you got all the water / sand / and everything else adding weight to them.
Here you will see what I need to do to them. I need to rig it all up my self and pull them together. I can use pulleys and and all that good stuff to help, but that is also more stuff that could get messed up. Also got to install the gasket and 8 bolts.
In order to get an A on this I need to have it done and everything tight within 30 minutes. Every minute past that is one point off. Loose nut is 5 points and so on and so on.
Out of the 4 that went yesterday only one of them put it together. He had a time of 58 minutes. The record time for this I believe is 12 minutes.
This is what I am going to be doing around lunch time I believe.

oh yeah. this test is harder than you think it is. Even if you are thinking it's hard.....it's harder.
18 or 19 people in my class. Now five, almost six, months later we are down to 12. We lost most of them about three months ago or one thing or another. For the most part it is a good group of people, however, there are a few people I wouldn't mind at all if they didn't make it to the next class.
Oh well that is life.
